Jennifer Pagliara, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA), is an Executive Vice President and Financial Advisor at CapWealth and has served on our client advisory team since 2014. She works closely with President and CEO Phoebe Venable and Executive Vice President and Director of Client Operations Traci Olive to help ensure that our clients have the best possible experience with us.
She also leads our efforts to reach the Millennial market and serves as personal advisor to our growing number of Millennial clients. A Millennial herself, Jennifer was named one of America’s Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisors by Forbes in 2019 and 2017. She also writes a bi-weekly financial column for The Tennessean that speaks to her Millennial peers and anyone else who wants to get ahead financially.
Jennifer first interned with the firm while pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Birmingham-Southern College. After graduating in 2010, she joined the firm full-time, working in both compliance and client services. In 2014, Jennifer completed her MBA at Belmont University with a concentration in Finance. While there, she was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma (the top 10% of her class).
In the spring of 2017, she was accepted into the Young Leaders Council/Davidson County Class, and she currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee’s Women’s Fund. This fund works to improve the lives of women and girls in need throughout Middle Tennessee.
Jennifer grew up in Franklin, Tennessee, and now lives in Nashville. She loves animals, particularly her dog, Luna, and she usually reads a novel a week. She also enjoys the area’s great hiking trails. In 2016, she summited Tanzania’s Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa.
