Where Women Lead, Success Follows

According to a June 2023 Deloitte report, women now account for just 18% of global C-suite positions in the financial services industry.

While that number represents a 6% increase over the last 10 years, it also serves to drive home the point that male-dominated executive teams remain the overwhelming norm in the financial sector. (This, despite the number of firms claiming to “amplify women’s voices.”)

But at CapWealth, fully half of our executive team roles are filled by women.

That's not a coincidence, nor is it about meeting some kind of “gender parity benchmark.”
